Host family

For most of our au pairs, Europe is a long way from home. Most of our host families have had au pairs before them reapply each year. We know how important it is to feel welcome in a new environment, and your host family will truly make you feel like one of the family. Each host family may have a different lifestyle and may live all across the country, near large cities or in small towns. Things such as whether or not both parents work, when and where they eat their meals, and how many children they have and the children's ages will vary from house to house. Yet they all will have a genuine interest in cultural exchange and a need for flexible childcare. Your host family will have excellent references and sign a binding contract.
