Avoiding problems

Should any problem occur during your stay, the first thing to do is to talk to your host family about it. You will find that most problems are due to misunderstandings and that they are easily solved.

If talking does not work or in case of a more serious problem please do not hesitate to contact you local contact person or us at au pair Chinese. In most countries you will have a local contact person who will help you settle in when you first arrive and make sure that someone will always ready to assist you throughout your stay.

A rematch is possible if the quality of your work and your seriousness are not questioned. If you leave the family without notice, a deduction can be made on your due pocket money.

Your stay will be successful if you are able to adapt to your host family's lifestyle. Keep in mind that it was your own choice to share the life of a European family and you should be flexible and follow the living patterns of your family. Don't always criticize food, habits, and education... Think positive and respect this new culture!
